For generation problems, include the job identifier and a description of what happened. For privacy or image-rights requests, describe the material concerned. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment card details, or additional sensitive photographs.
Payment availability
For support, content safety reports and appeals, email the address below. Include a job identifier where available. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days; content safety reports follow the review timelines in our Terms of service.
